JP Chenet Blanc De Blancs Brut Sparkling 75CL
JP Chenet Blanc De Blancs Brut Sparkling 75CL
JP Chenet Blanc De Blancs Brut Sparkling 75CL is from JP Chenet, the French wine brand known for its curved-neck bottle, first introduced in 1984 by Les Grands Chais de France. The brand added sparkling wines to its range in 2004. Blanc de Blancs means it is made only from white grapes, which gives it a light, crisp style.
What It Tastes Like
In the glass it is pale, almost silvery, with plenty of bubbles. The smell is green apple and lemon, with a hint of white blossom. It is dry and crisp to drink; apple, pear and citrus, without any sweetness. The finish is short and refreshing.
About the 75CL Bottle
The 75CL bottle is a good-value option for brunches and parties, when you need bubbles but not necessarily Champagne. Chill it well; it is also a very good base for mimosas.
