For this gin, they looked to the Nilgiris, the "Blue Mountains" of south India, and built the recipe around botanicals from that region. It is a London Dry style gin with a clear Indian accent, and it is bottled at 42.8% ABV.
What It Tastes Like
The nose is juniper first, then fresh citrus and a gentle tea note. On the palate it is crisp and clean, with the tea and a warm touch of mace coming through in the middle. The finish is dry and lightly spiced; it is a gin that tastes classic at first and then shows its own character.
