COHIBA ESPLENDIDOS 25 [ 1PC ]

Cohiba Esplendidos 25 [1PC] is a single Esplendidos from a box of 25. Cohiba was created in Cuba in 1966, originally for Fidel Castro and diplomatic gifts, and only became available to the public in 1982. It is often called the flagship of Cuban cigars, and the Esplendidos is its classic Churchill.

How It Smokes

Cohiba's selected leaves go through an extra fermentation, which is part of what gives the brand its smooth, refined character. The Esplendidos opens with cedar and a little grass, then develops into honey, cocoa and coffee. It is medium to full in body, and it is a long, slow smoke that rewards patience.

About the Churchill Size

At 178 mm with a 47 ring gauge, the Esplendidos is a big cigar; you should plan for well over an hour. We would keep it for a special evening, with a good cognac or an aged rum. Cut it cleanly and light it slowly.
