Gin Mare Capri Gin 70CL is the citrus-led edition of Gin Mare, released in 2022. It uses lemons from the island of Capri, peeled by hand and macerated for a full year, plus bergamot from Calabria, on top of the classic Gin Mare herbs and Arbequina olive. It is 42.7% ABV.
What It Tastes Like
It smells of lemon and bergamot, with a light herbal note. The taste is fresh and zesty, then savoury, with rosemary, thyme and basil. It finishes clean, with lemon peel lingering.
