Ming River Baijiu 45% 75CL is a Sichuan baijiu made by Luzhou Laojiao, which has been distilling since 1573. Ming River was launched in 2018 to introduce baijiu to the rest of the world; it is made from red sorghum and is designed to work well in cocktails as well as neat.
What It Tastes Like
It is clear. The nose is bold and fruity, with pineapple, pear and a little anise. On the palate it is rich and funky in a good way, with tropical fruit and grain. The finish is long.
