The company behind it, Emperador Inc., now also owns Bodegas Fundador in Spain. The original Emperador is smooth and a little sweet; it is the bottle most Filipino households know.
What It Tastes Like
Emperador is a warm amber. The smell is sweet, with caramel, raisins and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is soft and smooth, with toffee and dried fruit. The finish is warm and gently sweet.
