Gin Mare Capri Gin 1L is a special edition of Gin Mare, the Mediterranean gin from Spain. For Capri, hand-peeled lemons from the island of Capri are macerated for twelve months, and Calabrian bergamot is added alongside Gin Mare's usual Arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme and basil. It is 42.7% ABV.
What It Tastes Like
The nose is bright lemon zest and bergamot, with herbs underneath. On the palate it is fresh and savoury at the same time; citrus first, then rosemary, basil and a light olive note. The finish is clean and zesty.
