This full-bodied Australian red blend comprises 64% Shiraz and 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a harmonious fusion of ripe dark cherry, cassis, dark plum, chocolate, and spicy, minty flavors. The palate is smooth with rounded tannins and a satisfying finish. Aged for 12 months in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak, it presents a rich, plush mouthfeel with integrated oak nuances. Ideal for pairing with roast leg of lamb, grilled pork chops, or roast Cornish game hens.
